Direct Deletion: Users can delete their data directly through the OMPay mobile application by navigating to the account settings and selecting the “Delete Account” option. This action will result in the permanent removal of all associated personal data from our servers.

Data Retention Period: Upon a user’s request, data will be deleted immediately. However, certain data may be retained for a limited period to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
Requesting Data Deletion

Customer Support Requests: If users are unable to delete their data through the app, they may request data deletion by contacting OMPay’s customer support team.

Contact Information: Users can send an email to support@ompay.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." The request should include account details and a brief explanation.

Verification and Processing: To ensure data security, our team will verify the user's identity before processing the request. Once verified, data deletion will be completed within 30 days.
Data Types Eligible for Deletion
- Personal Information: Includes name, email address, phone number, and other identifiable details.
- Usage Data: Data related to user interactions with the app.
- Device Information: Information pertaining to the device used to access OMPay’s services.
Data Not Subject to Deletion
- Anonymous Data: Data that has been anonymized and cannot be linked back to the user.
- Legal Obligations: Data required to be retained by law will not be deleted until the legal obligation expires.
Compliance and Updates
- Regulatory Compliance: OMPay’s data deletion practices align with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.

This Privacy Policy governs the use of the OMPay mobile application, which provides e-wallet services and is accessible at www.ompay.com (the "App"). The App is operated by Global Financial Technology Company LLC, a company incorporated under the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, with its registered office in Muscat (hereinafter referred to as "OMPay," "we," "us," or "our").
