• Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
• Promptly notify OMPAY of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

5. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Engaging in fraudulent, unlawful, or deceptive activities.
• Attempting to disrupt, interfere with, or compromise the integrity of OMPAY’s systems or networks.
• Conducting activities that infringe upon third-party rights.

6. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which details the collection, use, and protection of your personal data. By using our services, you consent to the processing of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

11. Customer Support and Call Center
OMPAY provides customer support through its Call Center and an integrated chat feature within the Mobile Wallet Solution. Users acknowledge and consent to the recording of telephone calls made to the Call Center for transaction verification, record-keeping, and quality assurance purposes.

12. Account Termination
OMPAY reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User's account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of a violation of these Terms and Conditions or engagement in prohibited activities.

13. Data Management

• Data Deletion: Users may delete their account credentials directly through the OMPAY mobile application.
• Data Retention: In compliance with the regulations of the Central Bank of Oman and other legal requirements, OMPAY will retain user data for a period of ten (10) years.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Muscat, Oman.

15. Amendments
OMPAY reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be communicated through our website or other appropriate channels. Continued use of our services following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
