Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.

Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
Usage Data may include information such as Customer’s/user’s Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that Customer/user visit, the time and date of Customer’s/user’s visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When Customer/user access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information upon customer’s/user’s permission, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device Customer/user use, Customer’s/user’s mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Customer’s/user’s mobile device, Customer’s/user’s mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser Customer/user use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
We may also collect information that Customer’s/user’s browser sends whenever Customer/user visit our Service or when Customer/user access the Service by or through a mobile device.
Information Collected while Using the Application
While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application may collect, with customer's / user's prior permission:

Pictures and other information from customer’s/user’s Device's camera and photo library
We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company's servers and/or a Service Provider's server or it may be simply stored on Customer’s/user’s device.
Customer/user can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Customer’s/user’s Device settings.
Use of Customer’s/user’s Personal Data
The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.

To manage Customer’s/user’s Account: to manage Customer’s/user’s registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data Customer/user provide can give Customer/user access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to Customer/user as a registered user.

For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance and undertaking of the purchase contract for the products, items or services Customer/user have purchased or of any other contract with Us through the Service.

To contact Customer/user: To contact Customer/user by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application's push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.

To provide Customer/user with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services, and events which we offer that are similar to those that customer/user have already purchased or enquired about unless Customer/user have opted not to receive such information.

To manage Customer’s/user’s requests: To attend and manage Customer’s/user’s requests to Us.

For business transfers: We may use Customer’s/user’s information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Data held by Us about our Service users is among the assets transferred.

For other purposes: We may use Customer’s/user’s information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our Service, products, services, marketing and customer’s/user’s experience.
We may share Customer’s/user’s personal information in the following situations:

With Service Providers: We may share Customer’s/user’s personal information with Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service, to contact Customer/user.

For business transfers: We may share or transfer Customer’s/user’s personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of Our business to another company.

With Affiliates: We may share Customer’s/user’s information with Our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. Affiliates include Our parent company and any other subsidiaries, joint venture partners or other companies that We control or that are under common control with Us.

With business partners: We may share Customer’s/user’s information with Our business partners to offer Customer/user certain products, services or promotions.

With other users: when Customer/user share personal information or otherwise interact in the public areas with other users, such information may be viewed by all users and may be publicly distributed outside. If Customer/user interact with other users or register through a Third-Party Social Media Service, customer’s/user’s contacts on the Third-Party Social Media Service may see Customer’s/user’s name, profile, pictures and description of Customer’s/user’s activity. Similarly, other users will be able to view descriptions of Customer’s/user’s activity, communicate with Customer/user and view Customer’s/user’s profile.

With Customer’s/user’s consent: We may disclose Customer’s/user’s personal information for any other purpose with Customer’s/user’s consent.
Retention of Customer’s/user’s Personal Data
The Company will retain Customer’s/user’s Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Customer’s/user’s Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain customer’s/user’s data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
Transfer of Customer’s/user’s Personal Data
Customer’s/user’s information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Customer’s/user’s state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from Customer’s/user’s jurisdiction.
Customer’s/user’s consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Customer’s/user’s submission of such information represents Customer’s/user’s agreement to that transfer.
The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Customer’s/user’s data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of Customer’s/user’s Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of Customer’s/user’s data and other personal information.
Business Transactions
If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Customer’s/user’s Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Customer’s/user’s Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
Law enforcement
Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Customer’s/user’s Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).

Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If Customer/user click on a third party link, Customer/user will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise Customer/user to review the Privacy Policy of every site Customer/user visit.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify Customer/user of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
We will let Customer/user know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
Customer/user are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page
OM PAY - TERMS OF SERVICE
Welcome to Global Financial Technology LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) Please take a moment
to carefully read our Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) govern customer’s/user’s use of our mobile application (OM Pay) operated by Global Financial Technology LLC.
As part of our Privacy Policy, we explain how we collect information resulting from customer’s/user’s use of OM Pay Wallet.
These Terms and our Privacy Policy are part of customer’s/user’s agreement with us ("Agreements"). By accepting these Agreements, customer/user acknowledge that customer/user have read and understood them.
If customer/user are between the ages above 18 (or the relevant age in customer’s/user’s country where customer/user are
considered a minor), customer’s/user’s parent or guardian must agree to these Terms of Service (both for
themselves and on customer’s/user’s behalf) before customer/user can use OM Pay Wallet.
If customer/user are using OM Pay Wallet on behalf of a corporation, partnership, association, government, or other organization (customer’s/user’s "Organization"), customer/user represent and declare that customer/user have the authority to bind customer’s/user’s Organization to these Terms and conditions. In this case, "customer/user" will also refer to customer’s/user’s
company.
These Terms may be translated into different languages. If there is a conflict between the English version of these Terms and any other language version, the English version will prevail (to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations).
Acceptance of these Terms of service is required for access to and use of the OM Pay Wallet. If customer/user do not agree to these terms and conditions, customer/user must cease using and accessing OM Pay Wallet and its services immediately. Customer/user agree to be bound by these Terms of service by completing the online registration and accepting the OM Pay Wallet Terms of service, which may vary from time to time at GFT's sole discretion.

ACCOUNTS
To access and utilize OM Pay Wallet, customer/user must first establish an account with us. Any account customer/user create with us is personal to customer/user, and customer/user are not permitted to provide anyone else access to or use it.
Customer’s/user’s OM Pay account name, user ID, and other identifiers are our property, and we retain the right to reject service, terminate accounts, remove, or alter content, or cancel order at any time. If customer/user create an Account on our Service, customer/user agree to subscribe newsletters, marketing and promotional materials, and other information from us.
Customer/user are responsible for:
· Customer/user are responsible for keeping customer’s/user’s account confidential, including, but not limited to,
restricting access to customer’s/user’s computer and/or account.
· Customer/user are entirely responsible for the security of Customer’s/user’s Username, Password, PIN, and any other
information and method(s) that Customer/user may use to access the OM Pay Wallet from time to time.
Anyone who has access to these credentials will be able to use customer’s/user’s OM Pay Wallet.
· Customer/user are responsible for maintaining the Username and Password for the OM Pay Wallet
private and confidential at all times and must not disclose the Username and Password to
anyone else, even if they are linked to the customer/user.
· Whether customer’s/user’s password is with our Provider or a third-party service, customer/user agree to take
responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under customer’s/user’s account.
· If customer/user feel customer’s/user’s supported device or login credentials have been lost, stolen, or hacked in any
manner, or if an unauthorized person has or may use customer’s/user’s credentials without permission,
please contact us immediately.
· Customer/user are responsible for not using as a username the name of another person or entity, a
name or trademark that is subject to the rights of another person or entity other than customer/user, or
a name or trademark that is not lawfully available for use. Any name that is rude, vulgar, or
indecent may not be used as a username.
PROHIBITED USES
Customer/user may use Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Terms. Customer/user agree not to use Service:
· Use the Service in any way that is in violation of any relevant local, or international law or
regulation.
· Any advertising or promotional material, including "junk mail," "chain letters," "spam," or
any other similar solicitation, must be sent or procured.
· To impersonate Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
· In any way that violates others'; rights or is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or hurtful, or in
conjunction with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or action.
· To participate in any other behavior that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of
the Service, or that, in our opinion, may damage or offend Company or Service users, or
subject them to liability.
· Use Service in any way that might disable, overburden, damage, or impair Service, or
interfere with the capacity of any other party to engage in real-time activities through Service.
· Use any robot, spider, or other automated device, method, or means to gain access to the
Service for any reason, including monitoring or copying any of the content on the Service.
· Without our prior written authorization, use any manual procedure to monitor or copy any of
the material on the Service, or for any other unlawful purpose.
· Use any equipment, program, or procedure that obstructs Service's normal operation.
· Introduce any malicious or technologically destructive stuff, such as viruses, trojan horses,
worms, logic bombs, or other malicious or technologically damaging material.
· Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any portion of the
Service, the server on which the Service is housed, or any server, computer, or database
connected to the Service in any way.
· Take any activity that might harm or deceive the company's rating.
· Try to obstruct the correct operation of Service.
SECURITY
· Customer/user will only have [3] tries to enter the proper Password in order to obtain access to the OM
Pay Wallet for security reasons. The User's OM Pay Wallet Account will be banned after the
third wrong attempt.
· OM Pay Wallet will not be held liable for the User's failure to safeguard their access
credentials, or for any future damage suffered by the User as a result of such failure.
· Customer/user must not leave customer’s/user’s OM Pay Wallet Application unattended at any time, and customer/user must
not let anybody else to use it until customer/user properly logged off. It is customer’s/user’s responsibility to ensure
that customer/user have properly logged off.
· When OM Pay deems it essential, customer/user may be asked to reset customer’s/user’s Username and Password.
Using customer’s/user’s OM Pay Wallet, customer/user can change customer’s/user’s password at any moment.
· Customer/user are responsible for adhering to any additional security procedures and regulations that
OM Pay may notify customer/user of from time to time.
· Subject to these Terms of service and without prejudice to OM Pay's rights hereunder, will
take all reasonably practicable steps to ensure that its systems in connection with OM Pay
Wallet are adequately secure, as well as to manage and control the risks associated with
operating the systems, while taking into account relevant laws, regulations.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All services, features, and content that we provide (excluding content provided by users) will remain the exclusive property of Global Financial Technology LLC and its licensors. No service, feature, or content that we provide may be used in a way that discredits the reputation or entity of Global Financial Technology LLC. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Global Financial Technology LLC.
THIRD PARTY
We may provide third-party services through our application. The Global Financial Technology LLC company does not own or control these services. Therefore, please note that we are not responsible for the quality, reliability, content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Customer/user must comply with any terms and conditions applicable to third-party services.
TERMINATION
We may, in our sole discretion, cancel or suspend customer’s/user’s account and deny customer/user access to the Service without prior notice or liability, for any cause and without restriction, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. Customer/user can simply stop using the Service if customer/user want to close customer’s/user’s account.
CHANGES TO THE SERVICE AND TERMS
We reserve the right to withdraw or modify our Service and any service or material we provide via the Service, in our sole discretion without notice. Therefore, we may make changes to these Terms over time for example, to reflect improvements and technical changes to OM Pay Wallet or to address a security threat. So please go back and review these terms regularly.
If we believe the changes are material, we will tell customer/user on this page or the applicable terms or policy page, via the OM Pay Wallet, by direct communication to customer/user, or by other means before they take effect. Customer/user agree to be bound by the updated Service or Terms if customer/user continue to use Lamma after we make any modifications to these Terms.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
CUSTOMER/USER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT CUSTOMER/USER HAVE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND AGREE
TO BE BOUND BY THEM.
